THE CLOSE INSTRUMENT
The Operational Diagnostic.
A thirty-minute structured conversation. An honest read. A defined recommendation.
WHAT IT IS
The only conversion mechanism that matters.
Every engagement at MoInc begins with the Operational Diagnostic. It is not a sales call. It is not a pitch. It is a structured thirty-minute conversation that produces three specific outputs, regardless of whether the outcome is an engagement or not.
The diagnostic is the close instrument of the firm. It is also the mechanism by which we earn the right to say no — to tell a client honestly that what they have brought to us is not the right fit for what we do, and to give them a clean diagnosis rather than a vague proposal.
Productized programs introduce. The diagnostic decides.
THREE OUTPUTS
The Read.
An honest assessment of whether intelligence is the right answer to your operational problem. Sometimes the answer is no. We say so, clearly and with reasoning.
The Quantification.
A defensible, specific number for what the workflow under examination is costing your organisation in labour hours, opportunity cost, or revenue gap.
The Recommendation.
A defined next step: pilot engagement, full engagement, or no engagement — with our reasoning stated clearly, not hedged into a proposal.
HOW IT WORKS
Thirty minutes. Three outputs. No obligation.
You submit the request.
You describe the workflow or operational pressure point you want examined. A brief intake form ensures the conversation is focused.
We schedule the conversation.
Within five business days of your request, we confirm a time for the thirty-minute diagnostic. The conversation is conducted by a senior operator — not a junior analyst, not a sales team.
The diagnostic runs.
Thirty minutes. Structured. Focused on the specific workflow. We ask the questions that produce the three outputs. You answer honestly. We do the same.
The outputs are delivered.
Within two business days of the diagnostic, you receive the three outputs in writing: the read, the quantification, and the recommendation. No deck. No follow-up proposal unless the recommendation calls for one.
Begin the diagnostic.
No obligation beyond the conversation itself. A clear output regardless of whether an engagement follows.
