1. Who we are
MoInc operates the website moinc.ai and provides AI operating partner services to organisations in the United States and internationally. Our contact email is contact@moinc.ai.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly through our intake forms: name, email address, organisation name, role, and the operational context you describe. We collect minimal technical data (browser type, referring page) for site operation. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising networks, or behavioural analytics.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide to conduct Operational Diagnostics, respond to principal inquiries, and communicate regarding potential engagements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data retention
We retain inquiry and diagnostic data for the duration of any engagement and for seven years following its conclusion, in accordance with standard professional services recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Your rights (CCPA/CPRA)
As a California resident or US consumer, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale (we do not sell), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests to contact@moinc.ai.

For individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
