DOOR 02 · ENGAGEMENT ARCHITECTURE
Operations Programs.
For mid-market organisations whose growth is constrained by workflows that human teams should not be running alone. Productized entry, defensible ROI, diagnostic-led conversion.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The operations leader. The COO. The VP.
You head operations, customer service, sales operations, or marketing operations at a US organisation with five to one hundred million in revenue. You have ROI accountability and a finite tolerance for theory. You have already seen the labour cost of repetitive work in your business — the inbound calls a senior team member is fielding, the outbound sequence that should have been automated, the content publishing that consumes more time than it should.
What you need is a partner who can turn that observation into a working system on a measurable timeline. A partner who can quantify what the workflow is costing you, design the deployment that relieves it, and stand inside the operation with you until the math works.
HOW IT WORKS
Diagnostic-first. ROI-led.
The diagnostic.
Every engagement begins with a thirty-minute Operational Diagnostic. The output is a quantified estimate of the workflow's labour cost or revenue gap, an honest read on fit, and a recommendation: pilot, full engagement, or no engagement.
The pilot.
For most Operations Programs engagements, we begin with a structured 90-day pilot against a defined workflow. The pilot is contained, scoped, and time-boxed. It produces a real, measurable outcome before any larger commitment.
The expansion.
Where the pilot succeeds — and most do, because the diagnostic prevents us from accepting engagements that won't — the engagement expands into deeper deployment, broader workflows, or additional programs. The relationship grows on the strength of the pilot's outcome, not on promises.
THE PROGRAMS
Three entry points. One methodology.
Operations Programs engagements often begin through one of our three productized programs — ResponseIQ, PipelineIQ, or ContentIQ. Each program targets a distinct workflow domain. Each is a diagnostic instrument and a credibility hook. Each leads to the Operational Diagnostic and, where there is a real engagement, to bespoke deployment.
Quantify before you commit.
The Operational Diagnostic puts a number on the workflow before we ask for anything.
